Help How to text someone a ringtone (mp3)?

Anybody know how to do this? When I goto add music it just brings up the stock ringers but not the ones on the SD card. I tried long pressing it from the music player app but it just gives me stuff like rename, delete, add to play list etc.

take out microsd card.. and pray their phone has a microsd?

In the music player, when you long press a song, you should see "Use as phone ringtone" as one of you options. To send, send it as an attachment.

I tried sending a song file as an attachment and it told me i couldn't send because of the file size. I came to ask this very question and i see someone was already on the same page as myself. I'll keep trying.
