How to Transfer Contacts?

Just bought my first tablet, Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5.

I use Thunderbird's Address Book for contact info on my PC (which does not have Bluetooth).

Can anyone tell me the process to transfer my contact files from Thunderbird to the Galaxy Tab S?

Export your contacts in Thunderbird as a vcf file. Transfer the vcf file to the tablet via USB connection, WiFi via Airdroid or similar app, or cloud storage such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Then in the tablet Contacts app (aka People) select Menu (3 dots in the corner) then Import/Export and import the vcf file to your Google account contacts.
