How to transfer Data from Super Backup

How to transfer data from Super Backup to a computer?
I backed up SMS.

Life wireless X 455A, Android 6., this phone is locked.
I backed up SMS in Super backup,
but data is unable to transfer.
what to do?

If you have your SMS messages backed up, where did you save the back up file? To a microSD card? Into an online storage account?

Also, how is your phone locked? Assuming it's something like a PIN or pattern, if you backed up that file to your own phone than unless you can recall how to unlock it there's little you can do to retrieve it.
