How to Transfer photos according to albums

I managed to transfer photos from my android to my PC. Problem is that it lumps all the photos together even though i have them sorted according to albums. is there a way to transfer them by albums or each album separately??

Connect your phone to the PC using ausb cord, and you should be able to grab the albums separately. U can do the same by inserting your sd card into computer
