USB developer and the screen just lighting up with nothing else, that doesn't look good. Possibly completely bricked by the looks of things, like its flash storage has been completely erased. With Irulu being a cheapo, no support, quite frankly you might be buying a new tablet.

How did it end up in this state? Were you trying to update or root it or something?

No, I was going to do a factory reset, I went into recovery mode screen and accidentally clicked on the "bootloader" option and then without any confirmation tablet turn off and on again, but as I said, it dosnt load OS /:

What if you force a restart (e.g. press the power button until it shuts down or restarts)?

I'm assuming that this "bootloader" option should have been "boot into the bootloader", since I can't see what else recovery would do with the bootloader.

Yeah Im not 100% sure but I think it said "boot into bootloader", I've tried force restart, also pressing power + volume up for a while and pressing the restart button with a toothpick, none of them work

isnt there a way to restart boot sequence to default, like removing the motherboard battery (if it had one) or something like that?

Already fixed it by letting my tablet discharge completely, or thats what I think solve the problem, I also open it unscrewed the motherboard and touch random places with a toothpick
