How to unbrick LG G2X.

I have an LG G2X that is stuck on the hite LG screen. I tried to update it from Gingerbread to Ice Cream Sandwich, and now it is stuck. Recovery mode isn't working. I can go into Recovery, and move up and down through the functions, but the top button that you press to engage them does nothing.

from what I can tell lg phones tend to bootloop like that, your best bet is to 1st factory reset. if that doesn't solve your issue you can try reflash firmware which you may find by asking around in the LG Optimus 2X - Android Forums (after joining of course ) or asking our Lg Guru Android Forums - View Profile: sammyz I am sure he will make sure you are a happy guy.
