How to unencrypt an enrypted photo file on Android

Hi,
My Device is a LT_M5_Lite(Gionee M5 Lite)
On my Android device, I tried reviewing a photo within Gallery, then I tried clicking on 'Encrypt' option under each photo. After that, I was prompted to first setup a phone security Password. I set it. Then, whenever clicking on 'Encrypt', I found the photo got encrypted and moved to a path named with 'Phone Storage'\pictures\GallerySafe\Si\". They cannot be reviewed with any photo viewing apps at all. How to get them unencrypted as they were.
This is kinds of photo files got encrypted. Screenshot_2018-10-03-21-23-51.png

I'm not familiar with Gionee phones so I don't know how photos encryption works on your device.

I recommend a global solution by using GalleryVault app. It lets you encrypt and view your photos/videos on the fly. It has backup and restore feature in case you change your phone.

Thanks a lot,
Whenever clicking on 'encrypt' option while viewing those photo files in Gallery app, then they got moved into this 'Phone Storage'\pictures\GallerySafe\Si\" path. But, they are unreadable(as my screen shot above). How do I get them readable back? I think as long as they are still there, there is an opposite process to get them unencrypted.

Normally when you move the files from the Gallery to other folder the files will be automatically unencrypted.

My photos got moved to that specific folder other than 'Gallery' folder since I clicked on 'encrypt' option under that photo. You don't have some options, such as (share, encrypt, delete, more) under any photo being reviewed/opened in the Gallery. What happens when you try to click 'encrypt' option?

But, I, myself, what I did is that whenever I clicked on the 'encrypt' option under any photo being reviewed in the Gallery, then it's been moved to that specific folder mentioned before, and got encrypted, and NOT "unencrypted photo" as you mentioned. While there in the Gallery it is unencrypted, but after they were moved that folder via clicking on 'encrypt' option, then they have been encrypted. I move them back manully from 'Phone Storage'\pictures\GallerySafe\Si\" back to the Gallery, but they have been still unreadable.

Chinese phones often have a feature called "Secure Zone" or "Private Space", check your phone for something like that, it's usually in the Settings / Security menu. Take a look in that place to see if your files are there and maybe you could find the tool to unencrypt your files there.
