How to unlock bootloader

Sir can you please tell how can I unlock bootloader of my phone .Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 ( SM-T310 )
Version - 4.2.2 ( Jelly Bean )
 
I'm going to be honest here and say I've no idea. All I did was Google the root method for your tablet, I don't have your device so any advice will be relatively generic, based on my experience with other devices.

I don't want to come off as rude, but have you googled SM-T310 device drivers or had a look in the thread I linked to see if others have had the same issues as you? I genuinely don't mind helping, but you'll need to do a little leg work your self.

Step 3 of the Before You Begin section of the linked guide says installing Kies should set up the drivers properly. Good advice when you start fussing around with the android system is to read the guide all the way through, read it again, and probably a good idea to read it a third time. Make sure you are familiar with all the steps and the order they should occur. ;)

What do you need an unlocked bootloader for?

Normally it's to install a custom recovery which is what the XDA thread I linked to gives you instructions on.
