I found out my aunt stole my phone and i got it back but it has a new password and now i locked and it needs an email and password. Is there any way I can unlock it now.

If it really is your phone, you can take it in to your provider's store and they can unlock it for you. They'll verify your ID (so take it with you) and make sure the phone really belongs to you before they do anything, however.

If she completely took over your phone, they may want to wipe the OS and start over, so you may lose your info that was on there if you don't have a back up.

Or, you can always ask your aunt for the PW, since you got your phone back.

You can find a few different techniques for recovering from a lost lockscreen password/pattern lock/PIN/etc here:

However, that's only if your aunt didn't change the account on the phone...if she did then it's time for a recovery/factory reset. You'll have to search for your model to find out how to do it. Many do it by holding the Volume Up button while powering it on.
