You can't; the unlock PIN is unique to each device, and based on its IMEI #.
Oh, it just occured to me that maybe you meant the lockscreen PIN? There really is no way around it, but it's really a rather low security option. Just try all possible 4-digit combinations. Failing that, maybe you'll be lucky and have one of those devices that after so many times entering incorrect PIN, prompts you to enter the email address associated with the Google account for that phone, and will unlock. As a last resort, you can boot to Recovery mode and do a factory reset. Google for instructions on how to enter Recovery mode for your phone - it varies by device.
