how to unroot my droid X

okay, so i tried to root my phone, didnt really do much for me, but now i have an app called Superuser on it, and i cant uninstall it through the settings or anything i download, how do uninstall it?
P.s i dont wanna do a factory reset, already did that like 2 months ago, not even, so please if theres a way to remove it without a reset, please tell me

Yes it verry simple just download and install Original ROM again. It will get UnRoot. You can find the ROM on the official Motorola Website or else you just find in xda-developers. And if you thinking to do it without format then it is not possible.

Might I ask why you rooted it in the first place? The installation of superuser, shows that to root was achieved.

What where you trying to do that you needed root for?

So I rooted my phone a while back and it just auto updated to 605. I can't use wireless tether says the phone isn't rooted, yet i still have the superuser icon. I've tried using z4root (which is what i originally used) to uninstall, but no luck, won't complete. any suggestions would be most appreciated!
