how to update gingerbread via Odin

Hi all,
I need assistance. I updated my samsung galaxy gio froyo 2.2 to gingerbread xxks2 and now I am wondering how do i get updates for gingerbread. I know i use Odin. I have had phone in downloading mode, opened Odin and plugged phone to computer. Now what? Another thing i would like to know is how do i uninstall the gingerbread to go back to froyo? Not that I'm having issues,but just in case.

1. If you want to know how to update from gingerbread you cannot. Your phone is not capable enough of running a version higher than Gingerbread. Eg. Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0)
2. It is very simple to downgrade to Froyo, just treat it like if you were upgrading it! (First you want to get your phone firmware md5 files) put phone in download mode and ta-da! Done, you successfully downgraded Gingerbread back to Froyo!
