As most of the countries receiving the official upgrade, it would be a better idea to move from unofficial/leaked firmware 2.1 to official.

Any idea how to do it for the early adopters who update via odin?

No, you cannot replace unofficial with official using KIES/NPS or any other variant.

If you can find the appropriate CSC images for your service provider and the corresponding boot/phones/pda files then you can flash it into "like official" states.
