How to update my HTC Magic???

Hello, I am new to android world and I need help to update my telefon.Jeg bought it in Norway and the mobile is HTC merket.Jeg updated with the original HTC update on HTC.com. What must I do to be able to update your phone? For example, sense or MyHero2.0.5? Do I make GOLD CARD? Or is there another easier way to do it?
