It's also about how to install a custom ROM on a phone that has already been unlocked and has TWRP installed. So if the OP wants to root and install a custom ROM this shows how to do the second (easier) bit. But it failed to tell the user to take a nand backup first, which you should always do before modifying the system.

(Edit: I've replaced the original link with one that doesn't redirect through some advertising site. Same video, less annoyance, and no income to the person who spammed it).

As previously mentioned, there isn't a carrier-based, stock Marshmallow ROM for your Galaxy Prime so you'll need to root it if you still want to do something like install a custom, third-party ROM. Take a look at this thread on rooting your Prime from XDA Developers:

... and just in case things don't work out and you need to start over from scratch, you can always just re-flash the Samsung stock ROM and return you phone back to its original state:
