Help HOW TO UPGRADE ANDROID VERSION

I have a Plum Z350 unlocked using T-Mobile service. The phone comes with Jellybean 4.2.2 and I want to upgrade it to at least 4.4.2 or 4.4.4. How would I go about doing that.
It says build number Z350_PLUM_2_V09 if that means anything.

I take it nothing happens when you check for updates via Settings -> About Phone?

It tells me "Your system is currently up to date"

no idea. its a rooted unlocked phone. they're website is www.plummobile.com

Despite what GSM Arena states, it doesn't look as though it was ever updated, officially or via custom ROM's

I found a link that looks pretty nefarious so I wouldn't bother trying it.

Hi guys,
Please tell me if I will be able to upgrade android version from 2.2.1 to 2.3.5 on my Samsung Galaxy Ace in 2021 as well. Which way is the best? I want to do a factory reset. I suppose it sets back android to 2.2.1 also. My phone is 10 years old and now the android
version is 2.3.5.Thanks in advance!
