how to upgrade my kitkat kernel to 4.4.4 fro 4.4.2, please help, phone not booting

my problem started ever since 3 days ago after i installed teamwin, and after i flashed GAPPS 4.4.4.4 thinking it's a rom, however, it wasn't. now i need direct links on how to get the proper rom upgrade.

samsung galaxy avant

sm-g386t

carrier
t-mobile

The current software version for the Avant is only 4.4.2.
