How to use Browser of another Android phone?

I am in Pakistan and my friend is in Dubai. I want to use his Android phone's browser remotely on my Android phone or PC. In other words, I want to use his IP address to browse the web.

Please suggest any easy-to-use Android app.

Sounds like something that could be done with something like “TeamViewer QuickSupport"
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teamviewer.quicksupport.market
Or there are other apps that do allow access and control of Android from a remote location, which would include the browser.

Is the Internet censored and some sites blocked in Pakistan, that are not blocked in Dubai? Your alternative is to use VPN, which could be easier, like I use in China.

I have tried team-viewer, anydesk and airdroid. They work to control pc from android phone. I need to control android phone from PC or android phone.

Simply. I want to use "web browser" of another android phone at my PC or my android phone.

Please suggest any app.
