how to use flashplayer

feichu m7206 android 2.3.3 how do i operate or download flashplayer? its on system but it will not operate and any idea how to download navi x onto it? thanks john.

Welcome to the forums.

If flashplayer is installed it should be used automatically by your browser when it comes across Flash content. You don't need to do anything.

Where I am navi x is available in the playstore.

You may need to activate flash in your browser settings. Not all browsers support Flash but the ones that do will have an option in page content settings to enable plug ins/flash.
