Help How to use PC mouse to control the phone?

My PC (Windows 7) is connected with a wired mouse.

I connect my phone to the PC using a USB cable.

Is there a way that I can control the phone with my mouse?
 
If your phone has USB OTG, plug your USB mouse into the OTG, it puts a pointer on the screen and can control it just like your PC. A Bluetooth wireless mouse can be used as well, just pair it with your phone.
 
Samsung Sidesync will let you control your phone with a mouse. You can either share the mouse to your phone, or have the phone's screen appear on the computer in a window as you work.

Is there any other software similar to Samsung Sidesync for non Samsung Android phones?
