How to view a txt file?

Hi

I have copied a txt file to my sd card and i need to open it. But how do i do that?

I expected some File explorer or at least to open it in the browser but i cant seem to find out how.

I have a HTC Tattoo. Does it not come with a default file explorer?

I have the HTC Desire and there isn't a stock file explorer,too.

I use the Estrongs File Explorer. The Estrongs has a text editor and other fine features.
