How to view missed flash popup messages from apps

Hi

Sometimes I get flash popup messages from apps or the system but it goes away in seconds and I miss them. Where can I view these flash messages? Unlike notifications alerts which appears on the top of the screen briefly, flash messages are shown briefly in the lower third of the screen.

From the description, it states "Record all dialog messages" which I'd presume would mean toasts too.
