how to visit bocked website

In our country there are a lot of blocked site so is there an app that allow me to go to that websites
in my laptop i can use "ultraserf" it's god
but in android OS i didn't find such that
 
Hi, There is an application which i use it name is ProxyDroid. Download This application and your problem will be solved :)
