How to watch youtube on TV through HDMI?

As said above, i don't want to watch videos already on my phone with that gay little remote thing, i just want my HDMI cable to act as a VGA type thing so i can watch youtube videos playing on my phone on the big screen.

Well it would help if you told us what phone you are talking about. But most phones will only output a few things over hdmi, like pictures and videos from the stock gallery. If you want FULL hdmi output, you will have to use one of the hdmi apps in the market for that phone.

I am using the Motorola Atrix dual core, 4g (although it is really like 3.5 )

Well a simple search of "atrix hdmi" on this site, which took a whole 20 seconds, tells me that you can only output videos from the gallery with the hdmi output. To do full hdmi mirroring, you will need to root and run an hdmi mirroring app.

If the TV is connected to your router, then this can be done wireless.
