Apps How to write this android.mk

there is a C project , I need to compile it to a .so file with android ndk .
but I almost do not about c .

the file wlib.txt is a .mak file from the c project

Is there anybody can tell me how to change it to a android.mk file

Extremely grateful , if you can change it to a android.mk and send it to my email coreychen@msn.com.
