How turn off News Feed Yahoo mail but still get Email

I have a samsung S6 edge+. I randomly get news feed from yahoo along with new emails that wakes my device. How do i turn off only the news feed, but keep the new email notification?

There is under the "general" option in the mail application to turn on/off notifications. But that would turn off notification to new emails as well ? I just need to cancel out the NEWS feed. I am also running C-locker for my lockscreen.

Where are you finding the "news notification settings" at? I seriously want this news-feed turned off. If you could give detailed instructions on how you found it, I would be very grateful!
