Hi, I'm new to this forum. I've had an HTC Hero for about 18 months. To be honest, I've not used it for apps at all. I had a problem connecting to android market place; whenever I tried to connect to the google servers, after about a minute or so, it just crashed out. Got bored researching and trying different things. In the end, I gave up. Now I use it just as a phone/camera/music player - bit of a waste I suppose. Anyway, the good news is my daughter has recently got an android Galaxy mini by Samsung and its a great little phone; she can connect to market place fine and its kind of revived my interest in resolving the problem with my phone - hence why I thought I'd join up to this forum. Looking forward to getting all the answers, and maybe contributing a few of my own!
