Help Howto Root Toshiba Excite Write

Hi all
I am a non hardware tech owner of a
Toshiba AT10PE-A-104 Excite Write

I have put it in Developer Mode and connected AdB with success.

Also confirmed that
"Power On +Volume UP" boots into a lowlevel recovery mode.

Can anyone give the next action steps towards successfully rooting the device?
