HP 14" LED notebook for Asus Transformer/other Honeycomb Tablet

I have a 1 month old HP G42-415DX.

Specs are as follows:

14" LED display
AMD Athlon Dual-Core 2.2GHz
3GB DDR3 memory
320GB hard drive
Webcam
ATI 4250 mobile video GPU
Wifi b/g/n
Windows 7 Home Premium

The unit is in 9.99/10 condition, used only by me for the past month for work.

I am looking to get into app development with some friends and would like an Asus Transformer or similar tablet. Anyone who would like to trade for my notebook please let me know. I'm located in Philadelphia, PA.
