Htc Amaze Wont Stop Download.

So i was sent an email and i was download the file they sent me and it just keeps showing that its download and it has never stopped, its been doing this for the past few days, plus my battery sucks, does the downloading this have anything to do with it?

Try going to Settings | Apps | All and clearing data in both Download Manager and Downloads. This should clear it out.
