HTC And. Inc. restarts when off button pushed

It's a "recent" problem I've been having (about a month or so old) but when I try and turn it off it just restarts. This can happen 1-5 times in a row before it will actually turn off. The problem seems to be getting worse the longer it goes on. It never did this before the last update, but I'm not sure it is related to that. Has anyone else had this problem before, and how should I go about resolving it?

I looked around the forum a few times and saw no one else posted anything like this, so I made the account to try and find an answer.
