HTC Android Wi Fi and Bluetooth Problem

Hi,
I am using HTC android version 2.3.5 model number HTC HD A9191 I count turn on Wi Fi and Bluetooth.It shows Error For Wi Fi when I on and Bluetooth shows(Turning on...) plz help me to solve this. I did factory data reset and Erassed all data

If you have already completed a factory reset, and you are not rooted than it is definitely a hardware fault and you will need to take it to a repair shop. If you are rooted I would recommend reloading the ROM completely, clearing the cache, and factory resetting the device and trying again.
