Help HTC Desire 601 stuck at white screen logo. HELP!

Hi, I put my phone on to charge last night and I awake in the midst of my sleeping to a bright white light. This bright light would not leave.

I've seen this is somewhat of a common problem with HTC phones. I did a recovery to no avail. I then tried the Factory reset, TWICE. This did not work. I did this by holding the lower volume button and the power button and then carried on from there.

If anyone else has any insight for the solution, I would sincerely appreciate it. If more details are needed, I will provide them. Thanks!

The 601 has a removable battery - have you tried just pulling that out and leaving it out for a few minutes (to ensure that any stuck bits in RAM are cleared)?

You clearly can still get into the bootloader and recovery, so it's not a total loss. Had you just had a software update, or have you modified the software in any way? If battery pull and factory reset both don't work and the system software has not been modified then the remaining options would be to reflash the phone using a suitable RUU (ROM Upgrade Utility) or return it for repair, and as it seems to be only the ROM that's not working I'd try reflashing first. So for that we'd need to know the phone's "CID" (basically region and branding). We may be able to guess at that if you can tell us where you bought the phone (which country) and whether it's branded by any particular carrier.
