I have a Htc Desire 620 and my phone had died due to low battery but it dies at 6% and before it died my phone was trying to do a factory reset removing most of my apps before I could back anything up my phone died at 6% when usually it's suppose to die a 1%. anyways since non of my other chargers worked I brought a new one from amazon and it turned my phone on but it would be stuck on the Htc logo when you start up the phone. then the charging logo and red light would turn on then flash off and the 0% no charging logo would turn on.
then today I started it up and left it on the frozen Htc Logo the phone got burning hot then cooled down and shut off. I know its charging because Its a brand new Htc charger and the phone is turning on and before it did not do that with the other chargers. I already did the buttons combinations and all my phone does is get stuck on the Htc Logo. My phone has been off since the 18th and now its the 30!
Any Suggestions?
