Help HTC desire 816 prob

Hello..I m facing problem with gallery of HTC desire 816..it's not opening and giving error report whenever I try to do so.. I reinstalled everything and also try to force stop the app.. But nothing is working.. Plzz help

Have you tried a factory reset? That should fix it. You could always use a different gallery app. Quickpic is the best one out there. Just my opinion though.

Yes I did tried factory reset and it didn't help.. :|

Well if a factory reset didn't fix it then only thing I can tell you is to try a different gallery app.
