So far from what I can see, the new Sense UI update might include:
-Weather effects on the homescreen (With the Time/weather widget)
-A new Youtube widget
-A new Pictures widget
-Live wallpaper
-Sharing pictures via Bluetooth
-A new type of text selection in web browser (similar to iPhone)
-A new Bookmark interface within the browser
-And of course, over all UI enhancements

Idk if this is only for the Desire with Sense or Sense 2.1
but I hope it's all included in 2.1.
