Help HTC Desire HD can't flash RUU

I have a bricked DHD and i can't run any RUU. I can get into Hboot and recovery, i'm s-off with super cid. When i try to run an RUU it gives me error 158. If i boot the phone normally it shows htc logo and after 10 sec it shows a dark screen and it vibrates 5 times then the orange led goes on and the phone is off. I can only reboot again if i pull out the battery.
EDIT: I flashed another hboot and now i get error 159. Maybe because it's unlocked but i can't lock it with "fastboot oem lock"...
