My HTC Desire HD isn't turning on its charging but isn't turning on and whenever I put it on charge or push down the turn on button it vibrates three times but does not turn on.
 
I apologize that nobody has responded. This isn't the sort of question that can wait. I hope you've fixed it by now.

If not, you might want to try removing the battery (assuming it's removable) for a few minutes to let it totally power off.
