htc DESIRE ICS 4

i want to update my htc desire to ICS 4 .
help plz ?

Which version of the Desire do you have, we have forums for several?
If it is the original, I believe you'll have to root and install custom firmware as there is no official ICS update for it.

im done with S-OFF and ROOT.

now what i hav to do for getting ICS ?
