HTC desire locked to one web page

I tried to log into my university remote access and when signing up forgot my password and now the phone is locked to that webpage always only guiding me to the university webpage. I cannot seem to move away from that web page. Could someone help me to unlock myself from my uni login site.

Try rebooting the phone! I've not seen a web browser get locked to a single page before so this issue is new to me...
