Htc desire - no incoming sms tones

Does anyone know how or why my htc desire has stopped indicating incoming sms.? The phone has stopped indicating that any messages have arrived, and the message tone also doesn't work..! Thankyou, roger

As for the problem your having. It seems like the notification for those features are turned off. Check into settings - display - notification flash and make sure all those boxes are checked. Also, check into settings. - sound - volume and adjust the sounds inside there.
