Help HTC Desire V Switches off

My HTC Desire V (now one year using it) switches off frequently . Per day 20 times may be.. Kindly sugeest what to do..

Kindly suggest me what to do. I tried updating the software, then formatted. Still no change

It does with new app you installed or messing up with the system. just take off the new app or factory reset after you back-up sms and contacts.
