My htc one wont dl or send muli media message helllpppppp please

Try a phone reset. If that does not work, visit the carrier store to get a new Sim card/check APN . if you have CDMA phone, then visit carrier store so they can check phone. They may reflash software or exchange if defective.

Also, make sure your carrier's messaging supports MMS.

You can try a third-party messaging app to get around this, like Handcent.
