HTC does not turn on

I connected my htc desire C to wifi and it had an option that said system update and i touch update and my phone stayed turn off and it was not turning off after a while it shut off then i press the power on botton and now it just turn on says htc and the screen disappears and only the light on the screen you are able to see. can you help me out
 
Sounds like your phone might be stuck in Download Mode. I would try to register and post in the HTC Desire section and I am sure one of our HTC experts will be able to get you back up and running again.
