Both used for less then 1 week, won't be using the phone anymore no need for the accessories. I purchased them about 1 week before i got the phone so to late to return them. They are both mint, have the packaging still for the case and the bag the battery came in. The case is a Seidio Innocase II Black, "the phone looks amazing in it and is snug no shaking creaking of any sort." And the Battery is an HTC 1500, stock battery for other HTC phones, but is the most used upgrade and compatible with the HTC incredible. I have included links for each below as you can see the case and battery individually are $30 each, I'm was aksing 40 but i will do 35 for both as a package deal, i will not separate them.
