HTC Droid Incredible (SLCD) w/ accessories

I have an HTC Droid Incredible for sale (clean ESN), which has the SLCD screen. The phone itself is a 9/10 - it was dropped once, so there are a couple of minor scuff marks on the battery door. I have an extra one to throw in to make up for that. The screen itself is immaculate; zero scratches. I have all of the manuals and cable included as well. As far as accessories go, I have an unopened ZAGG Invisible Shield screen protector and a car charger. I am no longer with Verizon (moved to Sprint), but I am open to negotiations as far as trading goes.

I am asking $175 for everything, OBO (shipped).
