HTC Droid Incredible vs. Motorola Droid X?

OK,

My son is going to upgrade to one of these, and they seem pretty close to me. Any reasons to prefer one over the other?

Personally I would go with the Droid X. more RAM, same clock speed, but better processor, and with the incredible having the Sence UI, upgrades will be slower to come out. bigger better (IMO) screen. plus I prefer Motorola hardware over HTC.

Droid x is a superior phone in every aspect. The only thing that is a debate is the size of the phone. It might be too big for some people's taste.

Sense is also debatable, but the X is the way to go. Of course we won't know for sure until after it comes out to see if there are any stupid problems with it that you might want to hold off for until they fix...
