At this point I'm simply testing the waters for interest (I will know for sure on Tuesday after VZW tells me whether they will allow me to return it). This is not a refurbished phone. I got it on launch day. It's still in 100% mint condition.

I will be selling this with all the original accessories (I did not pre-order online so I did not get the SD card) PLUS the OEM extended battery, extended battery door, OEM battery, and OEM battery door.

Off contract full retail price for this phone is $529 and the extended battery lists at $60.

The phone is a great phone but I just don't think it's for me.

I would like to get $500 (which I think is fair considering the fact that this is over $600 worth of merchandise which is only 2 months old) out of it and if my price is met I'll pay the shipping to you anywhere in the continental US.

Also this phone is rooted with NAND unlocked and the most recent clockwork MOD installed. I am running the stock ROM with no updated kernels (I've never even flashed a different ROM on my device. Just wanted to go through the root process to see if I could do it)

As I said make me a reasonable offer. And FYI $300 is not a reasonable offer (I only use this # because this is what it costs on contract before the rebate). It's a $530 +tax phone plus a $60 +tax battery (where I'm from that's $635 worth of merchandise after taxes). The phone is two months old and in mint condition. No nicks, scratches, or anything! Looking on ebay in the buy it now section the phones with good ESN's are starting at $450 without the extended battery (there are even a few with bad ESN's that that are in the $400-$460 range which I think is totally out of line). As stated I'm willing to move on the price but at that point shipping becomes the buyers responsibility and if it goes to low the extended battery comes off the deal. Instead of complaining about it make me an offer if you're interested. If you're not interested in the phone and only interested in side busting keep your comments to yourself...

Just a note to update the information in the original post I unrooted this device. I took it into Verizon today to continue my quest to return it and I didn't want them seeing a rooted phone if they dug into my phone a little. I can attempt to root it again if the purchaser requests it otherwise the phone will be shipped just as it was when it cam from the VZW store on April 29th. With that in mind this is one of the original AMOLED screens not one of the new "Super LED" screens...
