I'm looking to possibly sell my Eris and get an Incredible. I have an Eris in excellent condition. Has had screen protector on since day 1 and I think I have a spare screen protector I will include if I can find it.
It will come with everything it originally came with: USB cable, A/C adapter, 8GB microSD card. I also have two cases that I can include, one is the black silicone case from Verizon. I like that one a lot but it does tend to accumulate pocket lint. The other is a WaterField Designs sleeve with front pocket. I use this one pretty regularly as it helps prevent pocket dialing.
