HTC Evo 4g lte vs. Samsung Galaxy SIII?

I currently have the HTC Evo 4g. I used to love this phone, I'm just annoyed with the random crashing, rebooting and other little things its doing. But besides those things, its a great phone.
I'm trying to decide which phone to get next. I won't be elgible for an upgrade until next July (2013) but I'm going to probably just buy the rest of my contract out.
But I'm not sure which phone is best. I'm trying to find out when the SGIII is coming out, but no one heard anything about it yet. I wish the note would come to sprint, but I don't think thats happening and I don't plan to jump to AT&T for that phone.

What is your opinions//suggestions?
